It was never an issue when with short notice we need flowers for the funeral on Saturday when we put an order in on a Wednesday. We asked Mr. Grainer for two casket arrangements and a heart shape one. The arrangements were delivered on time and the flowers looked full and beautiful. The color we chose was also correct. Mr. Grainer took the time the day of the funeral and called to check if we were satisfied. I would recommend this florist to friends and family Thank you, the Bernard's Family
I ordered flowers to be delivered on 11.2.24 to Greenidge Funeral home for Wanda Reynolds. I paid $175 and the flowers were horrible, LIMPY, DISCOLORED. They were purple, but I ordered pink . I have pictures...they do not match what I order. I would like a refund immediately to my card. 7:49 I am waiting on Mr. William Grainer, Owner to call me back and rectify my concern. He said he will be in the office at 10am to review my order. As you can clearly see the photo on line looks nothing like what I ordered. I am waiting......
I received the most beautiful arrangement from Gainer’s, I live in Brigantine and not only were they gorgeous, they were expertly packed and lasted well beyond the usual time. I have worked in the floral industry and can tell you Gainer’s is top notch! Not many floral shops carry flowers like these today and the presentation is perfected!
