Ava’s Flowers

I am so disgusted with the arrangement that I had received paid almost $300 for the largest option that they had , and in the first picture is what was delivered And in the second picture is the spray that I ordered they look nothing alike not even close . I feel taken advantage of, and I do not believe that the arrangement that was delivered was worth $300 Great Way to take care of people in a crisis. I feel taken advantage of. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have gotten no answer. Can’t even get somebody on the phone. Do not do business with these people

I ordered a sympathy flower arrangement on March 26, 2026, for my best friend’s mother, and the order was never delivered. I received no updates, no notifications, and no communication from Avas Flowers after they charged my card. When I tried to contact them, the phone number had been changed and none of my emails were answered. I finally called pretending to place a new order just to get someone to pick up. The representative, Liz, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. She put me on hold for 20 minutes claiming she was getting a supervisor, then hung up. When I called back, she falsely claimed the flowers had been delivered (they were not), was dismissive, and even told me she would hang up on me. No supervisor ever contacted me. This company completely ruined an already emotional weekend as I tried to resolve this. The flowers were never delivered, customer service was hostile and dishonest, and I was left with no resolution. Based on my experience, this business feels deceptive and unreliable. I would strongly warn others to avoid ordering from Avas Flowers.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from this place. Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. They do no deliver. Instead, says they were backed up and will deliver on 2/17 instead. I ask for a refund nicely. They reply back with a policy hidden on their webpage that they can't guarantee delivery and that they're allowed a couple days of flex, especially on days like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Thanksgiving. Like, who the hell is trying to send flowers on these holidays 2-3 days late? I should have read the terrible reviews before ordering. Save yourself money and don't bother with this terrible sham of a business.

Ordered flowers early morning online for same day delivery. Sunflowers were not available. No big deal.. however in order for them to process my order I need to call. I called. The automated system does not allow you to stay on the line and wait for a customer service rep. You just get a call back. Guess what when they call back your phone doesn’t ring and goes to voicemail. 4 hours later and 17 calls later I have been playing phone tag and still can not speak to a human. Cannot cancel same day deliveries. Chat is a bot and not customer service. This place really needs to fix their processes and their reviews show it. I will never recommend or use them again. Flowers came. Hidden fee on $50 flowers. 3 days late. This is $100 flowers, awful customer service, and a pain in the butt gets you. I will never recommend or use them again.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered on March 3rd, but they were never delivered. Even worse, the website shows the order as “delivered,” which is simply not true. Today is March 6th and the recipient still has not received anything. This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift for someone recovering from surgery, and your company completely failed. Extremely poor service and very unreliable. I would not recommend this company.
