Bought an expensive bouquet for my fiancée's first Mother’s Day, took only 4 days to start wilting and dying never had a problem before and I was hoping to get some help but I called up to ask about what could be done and did not get anything out of it. Terrible customer service, I am sure to go to ShopRite for future purchases, at least I’m paying for what I expect in that case.
Azalea plant was beautiful, however, the picture on the website showed the plant in a silver container, what i received was a basket. Called them up, was told there was a choice of a silver container or a basket and she picked the basket. I advised the website said nothing about a choice and I wanted the silver container so I would not have to transplant it. It is a large plant, I was told it is probably a two person job. I will not purchase nor recommend them to anyone. Really bad customer service, I guess they have a really great business so it does not matter if a customer is not pleased
If I could give no stars I would. Extremely disappointed. They say satisfaction guaranteed, offer no refunds. This looks nothing like the picture. Nothing close to it. There was never any contact about how they didn’t have to flowers pictured, no one called or emailed me (nor was it stated on the website) that this wasn’t available. I’m super unhappy with them. Like this was for an important day and they just don’t look ANYTHING CLOSE to what’s on the website. For a $60 arrangement they should put more care into it. They don’t offer any kind of refund, offered to pick them back up but that was it. Will definitely never be going back to this place and 100% do not recommend. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. First picture was what was ordered, second/ third is what I got… Yet another disappointment. 😔🙃
I recently ordered a spray for my aunt's funeral viewing. I simply told them only that I wanted some purple flowers in it. What they made was absolutely beautiful! On top of that, almost everyone who attended went out of their way to comment on how much they liked the flowers. They did a wonderful job!! Thank you!!
