Just ordered a bouquet of flowers from this establishment this morning. I intended to give the bouquet to my Mother for Mother’s Day but the establishment gave away my flowers. Not only did she give away my flowers but she gave me a hard time on the phone blaming me for her wrong doing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from them. 0/10 stars if I could give them anything

I just want to say this was the best place I could get flowers. They went over the top with arrangements and even DECORATING which I wasn’t even expecting. Now I know where to be buying flowers from now on.
The worst place to buy flowers, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wouldn't mind paying more for good service. The woman who served me treated me very badly; she has a horrible attitude. First, I asked for white flowers, and she gave me flowers that were green and white. I told her I had asked for white flowers, and she said, "That's how they are. Take them if you want, or leave them." The truth is, I had to take them anyway; it was for my wedding, and I needed them that same day. I told her, "Oh well, I'll have to make my arrangements like that." And she spoke to me in a very harsh way, saying, "Are you trying to tell me I sell bad things? Here they are. Take them if you want, or leave them." But in the end, she had some wilted, damaged white flowers lying around, and I had to take them because I needed them. Out of anger, she left me waiting and started attending to people behind me. I asked her to charge me because I had to leave. She shook her head at me, giving me a very rude gesture. I let her be herself, the truth is that I'm not good enough to repeat the pattern of people who go around hurting others with their bad attitude.
