I was really happy with them. I ordered a fresh cut bouquet to celebrate my in-laws new home. I had some odd requests for it (i.e. nothing too aromatic, and wanted a full presentation), and they nailed it. I was happy with it, my in-laws were over the top excited with them... so all in all, a success! Thank you Dawn's Florist!!

I chose this florist based on the google reviews and ratings for my special occasion. I live out of state and wanted to send a close family member a gourmet basket to celebrate their birthday. When I called to place the order I asked if the limited options on their website was the only thing available. They advised it wasnt and that they customize the basket to my needs. They asked for my budget at which I advised was $85 total. I was expecting FRESH locally grown fruit an associate of GOURMET crackers, jams, cheese, etc. I also asked that they email me a receipt as I had just paid by giving them my card over the phone. These are all the reasons why you should not do business with this florist and spend your money elsewhere. Although I told them I only wanted to spend $85.00 total they collected more than $100 from my card and I never was emailed the receipt I requested. On the day of my family members birthday I called the florist shop to inquire what time the delivery would be made. I was informed it would be around 3 PM because they were waiting for FRESH fruit to arrive. I called back after 3 PM and was meet with a rude, condescending tone and poor customer service. They didnt want to confirmation on when the basket would be delivered. When I immediately shared the dissatisfaction of the customer service I was met with "sorry you feel that way" and a slick undertone. In short my order was delivered around 5 PM on a Friday. My family member was so excited to receive the gift from me and overjoyed at the thought and the deceiving appearance of this "gourmet". When she opened the basket the next morning we were filled with disgust, disappointment and felt like we had been robbed. The basket was filled with rotten, molded fruit that looked like it had been pulled from a local dumpster. The container that the strawberries were in was so aged the label was barely visable anymore. It came with a bag of prepackaged almonds that were already opened and goldfish cracker. There is nothing gourmet about goldfish crackers thats a childrens snack. I sent the owner photos within 24 hours of getting the basket and called several times. No response back! They robbed my family of this special moment. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Still the place to get the best flowers in Williamstown. They also carry cards and other gift items in there shop. Staff is talented, arrangements are beautiful! Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. One of the few florists left in the area, they are excellent! Beautiful arrangements with flowers so fresh they look just cut! Always have a nice supply for walk-ins. Staff makes great suggestions when you don't know what you want.

This is the worst place I have ever experienced. My cousin sent me a gift basket from Dawn. It was opened the same day and it was horrible the fruit was damages, molded and busted outright disguising. I don't whatnis wrong with company/ business that would allow their items to be sent out is such a way. These items were not in good shape way before this order was placed and filled. The crackers and jam that was old dates. I really wishes that the town close this business because for any one that would allow merchandise to be sent out on behave of their business is ridiculous and disguising. PLEASE!!!PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEY STORE THEIR ITEMS BUT I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY HAVE!!

Always the best since they opened!! Dawn's has provided beautiful arrangements in my celebrations of good times and grief for loved ones for years. I just sent a fruit basket (local) and it's phenomenal!! What they managed to put in that basket (gluten free)!! I ask for a picture (from the recipient) because I've been burned by other businesses especially when out of state. I KNOW that if I send anything from Dawns to a local hospital, home, etc when I walk in to visit or see it.... it's spot on!!
