Stacy at Alamogordo Flower Co. is absolutely amazing! Her arrangments are breathtakingly stunning & she provides an absolute expert level of customer service! I placed my order only about 36 hours before I needed it & it was completed & delivered on time. I'm so pleased with my arrangment every time. She makes the flower arrangment better than I imagine it every time. & they last for weeks. I would give 100 stars if I could.
I ordered flowers unseen, over the phone from out of state. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite. The flowers were unable to be delivered when originally planned (not due to Alamogordo Flower Company), a brief call got the delivery rescheduled very easily. The flowers that were delivered were beautiful, fresh and arranged so nicely in a lovely vase. They exceeded my expectations and they stayed within my budget! This experience was well beyond my expectations. I called from out of town to ask them about delivery and the price of some of their products. Off the bat they were extremely helpful and their service was great. Because they were out of certain types of flowers, I was able to give them a price range, and they built me a custom bouquet. It came out beautiful and they smelled amazing! Additionally, since the person I was ordering them for did not get off work until 430pm, I asked if they could deliver them later in the day. Even though their closing time was 5 pm, they were accommodating and delivered them late. I am so appreciative of everything they did for me on short notice.
An arrangement was made for my wife's 75th birthday, and it was so beautiful my wife exclaimed that it was the best floral arrangement she'd ever seen. I wish you all could've seen the look on her face. Thank you for making this special day even more special
