I went in hoping I had enough for some flowers and didn’t have much , the store helped me make a nice bouquet with three flowers for a very affordable price . They were exceptionally helpful and kind . (Especially the younger lady with long brown hair I didn’t get her name but was very helpful and kind also made me feel better about the lack of flowers Is gotten) but they were friendly and kind and helped me out even though I didn’t have much to work with. Highly recommend !
I went for a flower consultation after talking to an employee on the phone who said to just walk in rather than make an appointment. When I came in, the woman working (I’m assuming the owner, she never introduced herself) instantly acted annoyed that I was there without even knowing why I was there yet. When I told her about my conversation on the phone and why I was there she only became more annoyed. Rather than having me and my fiancé sit at the designated table for flower consultations she made us stand at the counter and show her things there. Not the biggest deal, but it added to the bad experience. I had prepared a Pinterest board full of bouquets and color palettes for inspiration as well as a list of flowers I knew would be in season for the date I would need flowers. Instead of discussing stuff with me she started making a bunch of assumptions and being very rude. When I tried to explain things she was very impatient and kept acting like things weren’t a possibility and saying that she didn’t know a lot of stuff about her supplier or if the flowers I wanted would still be in season (keep in mind I had done my research and called around and asked other florists about them and there were no problems). For being the owner of a floral shop, the lack of knowledge and complete rudeness was very off-putting. She acted like she needed an EXACT picture of what I wanted instead of discussing possibilities that she could create. It was concerning to see that a florist needed to basically copy a design off of Pinterest rather than use the inspiration to create something new. I was looking forward to going to a local florist who had good reviews but was very disappointed. I was being very polite and was trying to work with her but I guess she was having a hard day or something because the experience was pretty awful. I have never been received so rudely at a business before.
I live out of state and it was great to order flowers Thursday evening online, and have them delivered to my mom by Friday afternoon. They looked beautiful, and she absolutely loved them. Thank you! I will be using this shop again.
Susan saved me on a last minute order for my daughter’s homecoming corsage. Every other place, I called either refused because it was too late or they tried to charge me $75-$120. Susan was able to make me a beautiful corsage that my daughter loved for a very affordable price and very quickly.Thank you so much I will be back for sure!!
The lady who is working there, today was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes when when checking me out and had an bad attitude towards me, flowers are definitely overpriced here. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on others if you don’t like where you work then quit.
