Signature Sweets & Flowers

We had an amazing experience with Signature Sweets & Flowers from start to finish. I sent an email with a photo of what we had in mind for a wedding bouquet and boutonniere for a small private ceremony happening in a couple of weeks, and they came through with this fresh, glorious presentation, complete with color-coordinated ribbons, glass vase, and boutonniere nestled in a box of rose petals. They even helped to stow them safely in my car. I'm so glad to know just where to go the next time I need flowers (I'll have to try the sweets next time!)

Wow!! I have had a lot of flowers but Signature Sweets and Flowers provides the most exquisite arrangements I have ever received. These are truly 46th Anniversary flowers at an amazing price. Their flowers always last almost 2 weeks and look amazing. True artists and all my business forever!!

Signature sweets and flowers did such an amazing job. They went above and delivered exactly what we had envisioned. They brought color and class to our ceremony and reception.

If I could give zero stars I would but that was not an option. I ordered a $150 flower arrangement for a family member and they did not receive what I ordered. In fact it was completely different down to the vase. I called and explained what I had ordered had a meaning behind it and asked why I didn’t get what I ordered. I was told they had some new people for Valentine’s Day week and was told I should have received a call letting me know what I ordered was not in stock. Then was told they could pick up the arrangement and refund me. That was not a very good resolution , like I’m going to take away my family members flowers, really??? Then I asked for a discount and was told they could offer me a $15 store credit for next time. No thank you, I will NOT be ordering from your store again.

Google said they were open on Saturday (still does). Their website said they were open (still does). The website even proclaimed “Order in the next 41 minutes for same day delivery!” So I placed an order and the business took my money. I called a few times, no answer, no voicemail, but I figured it was Saturday and they were busy. My Aunt never got the flowers. That I ordered for her birthday. Because they aren’t open on the weekend!! Finally got ahold of them on Monday…they had zero reason why everything said they were open AND their website took an order on a day they could not fulfill it. I asked why they don’t have a simple voicemail like normal businesses explaining location, hours, etc. and they said “could you imagine all the spam messages we’d get?!?” Huh. Ok. The owner was unprofessional (the apologies were forced and disingenuous) and she couldn’t wait to get off the phone. They did refund my money in full. Just seems like a lot of very easy ways to convey information aren’t being utilized. And for a high dollar product that is meant for special occasions - too much risk to go back. Update your hours on google and your website! Turn off online shopping on the days that aren’t open! Get a voicemail! Be kind to those who pay your salary and have the power of online reviews.
