Flowerland came through in a last minute Valentines Day arrangement and delivery after an online service failed. They offered great customer service and understanding of my situation. I had a disappointing bouquet from here. I was excited as all arrangements posted are beautiful. Maybe it was lack of experience with tulips in particular. In my arrangement only one single tulip opened and the rest just wilted away. In 2 days. I've ordered from other places and this has never happened.
Very pleased withe the service and product I purchased from Flowerland. Of course I'm running late for sweethearts day and am in a hurry. Person who took my order on the phone was awesome. Calm and actually listened. The delivery person was great as well. I actually got what I wanted and the card had the right words.
