We ordered 96 roses in February for my daughters graduation party( paid right away) to be done in June. I went in one week before the party to make sure we were all on track. The day of the party we went to pick up the roses amd they were the wrong ones. Months in advance and still the wrong flowers. I was also told someone would contact me by the end of the week. Here we are almost a month out and still no word!!!!!!
I just received a beautiful bouquet from Buds yesterday. Next time I order flowers for someone here in Taos, I know where to go!
Horrible experience multiple times ! We have purchased many bouquets and will no longer continue. My husband purchased a beautiful arrangement for my anniversary that lasted 2.5 days it turned completely down and wilted even while providing a cool environment and fresh water. I called to explain to the owner Eva and was told her bouquets only last at the most 2 days and other florists work lasts 1 day. My arrangements from other places have lasted atleast 1-2 weeks, She went on to state she would not provide the same arrangement and that I had to wait until she had time. Horrible customer service DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
There is so much love and joy put into each bouquet! These ladies and customer service wonderful. The shop looks fabulous all decked out for Christmas Season.
I ordered flowers for my daughter after she lost her dog to an infection. The online ordering system was difficult to navigate with the first problem being zip code field for the delivery address. Putting in the zip code was supposed to give you a response whether they would deliver to that address but I got no response. Next there was no field to put in the delivery address, just a billing address for the credit card (but apparently I was supposed to translate that request for a request for the place to enter the delivery address). Since I was skeptical that the flowers would arrive at my daughters house, I called and left a message giving the delivery address. My confidence did not increase when I eventually talked with an associate at the flower shop who did not seem to understand the nature of my problem with the online ordering system nor my concern that the flowers i just purchased without a delivery address would get to my daughters house. Eventually she called back and made the connection to an online order that had been made under my name with no delivery address. The flowers arrived and my daughter sent me a lovely text with them next to photos and memories of Fern. This warrants a 5 Star from me even though the ordering system needs tweaking.
