I stopped in around 12:30 ish Wed. 10/1 and the female employee was so sweet and helpfull I wish I asked her name. these days its so hard to get good customer service and she was just amazing she asked if i needed help. I was looking for glow sticks for halloween but they were not with the halloween stuff she brought me to where they were in the kids section she had asked if I need anything else but the way she carried herself was so genuine and memorable so I had to share. This is dollar store that I will be going to for now on.
So coming to this store recently is an uncomfortable one.Its a shame that there are two cashiers that will pick and choose which customers they want to deal with.They will even communicate whos back they have right in front of the customers.No decency what so ever.Then you have this one heavyweight cashier that tells customers not to take their items out of their carts when cashing out.Why is this? You have to put your items on the belt to have them scanned so why does this cashier make things difficult? She is like this often.Just do your job and cash the customers out.We CUSTOMERS are the ones PAYING for our items at the end of the day.So just be grateful that you have a job in which the customers that come in and buy items keep you held up in a job.If you dont want issues with customers then just politely do your job instead of choosing who you want to cash out.At the end of the day, customers just want to shop and buy their items without all the childish issues that you cashiers display.
Shelves were well stocked and staff was friendly and kind. They had a few u boats on the floor which made it hard to navigate in some aisles but it was clear they were working on unloading\stocking the shelves with their products and they weren't just left.
This Store is decent the cashier was nice. The store was clean. It's in a good spot plenty of parking.
Messy, no staff on hand. Waited unattended at the register for 4-5 mins. Cashier finally arrived with an attitude and did not speak other than "you want yo receipt." Will not go back to that location. Will drive the extra 3 miles to go to a organized store without the staff attitude.
