I've never been sitting in their parking spot number one facing Johnson road for an online order that I picked up that I've now waited 31 minutes for called and talked to the store once already and being disabled and not walking well can't go in and get on my own. Unacceptable. I followed all the directions properly on the app and if they weren't going to be bringing it out to my car that should have been something I knew but I've used these pickup offerings for many different places and never had a situation like this even at other market 32 locations.

This place is turning into Walmart without the deals. Doors barely work, no registers open, employees with their fingers up their you know where, expired products on the shelves. This place sucks thank god Costco is opening up.
What is going on with the night crew here? I usually stop in after work (6pm and later) and every time there are multiple employees up front by the self checkout/customer service acting like it’s their personal time socialize and ignore the fact there are customers in the store. Please train your evening staff or schedule a manager for that time. Day staff have usually been great!
The usual price chopper/market 32. The store is smaller than others but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes smaller can be better. You get to know the people there. The pharmacists are very nice and knowledgeable. As is the pharmacy staff. I use this pharmacy and have known Kris for quite a few years. He is very knowledgeable and always calm no matter how busy he gets. Shout out to everyone else in the pharmacy also . I am not good with names anymore or would mention them all .
