Louis did an amazing job! The bouquet he made for my mom is absolutely gorgeous.. he was able to get a special requested flowers for me In a very timely manner! Would absolutely recommend the enchanted florist to anyone who wants beautiful flowers, by an amazing person! Thank you for making my mom smile and being able to get her favorite flowers :)

Louis of The Enchanted Florist is absolutely the most amazing person you will ever work with for flowers. He pulled some strings for "an old friend" (my son) to be able to put together some floral displays for his brother's rehearsal dinner. Wish I had taken more photos, but with limited time and coming from FL, thanks to Louis' pulling some strings with his connections, my son who is also a floral designer at Fort Meyers Florist in FL, was able to make a couple of lovely floral displays for his brother Nick and his future sister in law! A good time was had by all, and Steven felt he had a part in making it so special! Thank you Louis...you are one of a kind, and we will not soon forget you for your generous and kind nature! EDIT TLDR: I would avoid at all cost because of the very rude staff (as mentioned in other comments). But if you are looking for another flower shop alternative that is sweet, kind, and considerate, I recommend going to Ambiance Floral instead of coming here. ********** I checked their website to order a fruit basket for my parents, and got this message: to order, please give us a call, I’ve attached a photo below for proof. So I called and the first thing the gentleman says is “what is it” and I was really shocked but thought I must’ve heard wrong. And I asked if this enchanted florist? And he tells me yes that’s what I JUST said, his tone was already super irritated. I asked about their fruit basket options and he tells me to just look on the website as all the options are on the website. And I told him the website told me to call, which is why I’m calling. And he said well “that’s simply not true it’s all on the website”, which took me aback because I feel like this isn’t how to speak to anyone? And also what about elderly people who wanted to place order but didn’t know how to use the internet to check “all the options”? We went back and forth a little cause I just wanted to place an order, but he was super rude and condensing. So I asked for his name and he rudely told me, why do you need it, and I told him he’s being very rude. Then he proceeds to say, well when I answered the phone you were speaking a different language. I was so shocked because I barely have an accent but he concluded I wasn’t even speaking English? I had to hang up because he was getting super belligerent and argumentative on the phone and I was super scared. I’m actually shaking in fear right now because I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad encounter over the phone. He said I was laughing at him but I was actually about to cry from how mean he was. This place makes it so hard to support small businesses. I would avoid at all costs since they don’t seem to want business and are super unhelpful. For the business itself, I would suggest training your staff better and to treat people with respect.

I never take the time to write a review, but I thought this was time it was worth it. They have "same day delivery" marked all over their website and on actual items. When I called about adding balloons, I was rudely told that they didn't have same day deliver for that item. I said, I didn't realize because the item says, "same day delivery", he was very rude and said there is "a disclaimer that says otherwise". I would have been okay with it, but his attitude, rudeness, and pompous tone were unacceptable. I kindly said, I will never buy anything from you and hung up.

I ordered some flowers for my sister to be delivered at the hospital and they did not disappoint. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and she was so happy. Definitely will be ordering more in the future!
