The hot food us always great when it's there, and I like the variety of hot chocolate options allowed. However, walking up to the register and being told by the guy at the station point blank that he hates his job and his day was ruined by having to come in to work at 6am doesn't exactly encourage positivity.
If I could give zero stars I would! Second time I've walked in during breakfast hours and there's no hot food at all!!!! All while the obviously lazy cashier is sitting at the register playing with her phone!
Update, they have since installed automated soap dispensers since my last review. They weren’t working (dead batteries) but were mounted to the wall in men’s room. Original review: The men’s bathroom hasn’t had a soap dispenser for several weeks with my frequenting as a customer. Sign says employees must wash hands. Guess what? All those men preparing food there aren’t washing their hands… poor facility maintenance, the customer support phone # doesn’t work either.
Falsely advertised as open 24 hours. Listed as 24 hours on both Google and on store front door.
