Terrible customer service! I would suggest you take your business elsewhere if you want things to be accurate and your requests honored. My mother passed away and my sibling and I were scrambling on short notice to arrange things last minute for a Monday burial. We went into this shop on Thursday afternoon and spoke with a woman about purchasing a heart shaped arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home no later than 1 PM Monday. I asked the woman if she was familiar with Farrell's Funeral Home and she indicated that she was and even mentioned the funeral director by name. My sibling requested mainly roses in the colors yellow, orange, and white as my mother liked those best. I informed the woman that under no circumstances did we want any carnations as my mother hated them due to a traumatic experience in her youth. This request was reiterated several times and repeated by the woman taking our order also. She was taking notes the entire time and repeating all the information we had given her so we were initially confident that things would be well taken care of. We were sadly mistaken. On the weekend, my sibling noticed an error on the receipt stating that the arrangement was to be delivered to Sacred Heart Church instead of the funeral home that we had told them and the shop was closed so the error couldn't be remedied until Monday. When my sibling called on Monday they attempted to shift the blame onto us, saying that we were the ones who told them Sacred Heart Church. Absolutely not! We are not Catholic and neither was my mother. I also remember the conversation almost verbatim. Mistakes happen. You do your best to accommodate your customer not blame them, especially while they are in the midst of grieving! Unfortunately it did not end there. What do you think I found on that overpriced doomed from the start floral arrangement? Oh yes, none other than the hellfire trauma inducing carnations themselves! They put carnations in my dead mother's floral arrangement! After the service my sibling reached out to complain and was denied any sort of refund or reimbursement. Their excuse for the carnations were that they needed to include them to make it orange. So in conclusion, we paid almost $300 to be gaslit and traumatized over an ugly floral arrangement. If any of the employees or owners of this floral shop happen to read this, shame on you!
I received as a gift roses with a balloon and truffles from my boyfriend.. The flowers are so beautiful. Red roses and bi colored pink and cream/peach roses. Arranged in the stairway to love design. One of the nicest arrangements I've ever gotten. The truffles are really yummy as well. I've ordered bouquets before online from other places. Whenever those arrangements were delivered to the recipients they were so underwhelming and small. That's not the case with these flowers though. The arrangement is huge and so beautiful and vibrant. Definitely recommend this place for ordering flowers .
I had Cosentino's provide arrangements for my wedding and could not have been happier. I'm still in absolute awe of the flower arrangements that were provided. I provided Jessica with pictures and list of flowers that liked, and she exceeded my expectations. My bouquet was stunning. My bridesmaid bouquets, groomsman boutonnieres, and corsages were perfect. The centerpieces were wildly beautiful, and my sweetheart table was nothing short of lusciously green. Pictures don't do these arrangements justice. Did I mention that I contacted Cosentinos less than 3 weeks before my wedding after the florist I had backed out last minute? I am so grateful that Jessica was able to accommodate me on such short notice. It was nothing short of "meant to be"! My advice to brides or anyone looking for flowers, go to Cosentinos first! Many thanks to Jessica and the entire team at Cosentinos.
Great flowers, and they have always been my go-to place. Flowers for Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries, and , unfortunately, funerals. They are always helpful, and sometimes you can catch a glimpse of Carmen himself! The last 50 years, at least, it has been the place for all of our family flower needs. Make that 51, because I remember getting a corsage from there for my Junior prom.
0/10. Not a good experience at all. First, the receipt showed the wrong delivery address. Honest mistake, right? There was no one to speak to over the weekend so I had to call first thing on the day of my mother's funeral to clear things up, and the person I spoke to tried to gaslight me into saying that we had given her the right address... of some Catholic Church we've never even been to before. I remember giving the name of the correct funeral home and being told that yes, they had worked with them before. Secondly, when I got to the grave site I was disappointed because, with the exception of the arrangement shape and ribbon colors, nothing about this resembled my order. There were no yellow or orange roses, which I had specifically requested. Just a bunch of random flowers. And to my horror, the florist had included carnations—the one flower we specified NOT to use! Our mother hated them because they gave her flashbacks of her father's funeral, and I promised her that I wouldn't let anyone show up with those. This level of disrespect for someone's last wishes is unacceptable. I called back a second time and the florist refused to give me a refund, and tried to justify using carnations for the same of the color scheme because there were no roses in the colors I had requested. Why was I not informed of this sooner? Why deliver an inferior product instead of working out an alternative option? Not only can these people not follow directions, but they will cheat you out of your money by taking shortcuts, then blame you for the final product not being what you wanted. I feel like this was a huge waste of money, and it ruined what was already a traumatic day for my family. Take my advice and just go to Wegmans instead. P.S. The bathrooms are in terrible condition and the toilets look like they have never been cleaned. Edit: When I returned to the cemetery 5 days later I discovered the remnants of the arrangement. It appears to have been partial ly destroyed and taken away. The ribbon and card were left over. As no other graves were disturbed I can only assume it was a targeted attack, perhaps some some petty retaliation for pursuing a refund through my banking institution.
