What I got versus what I ordered in case anyone is curious about the disclaimer. Came out much different than what I expected/wanted. No refunds or partial refunds available after purchase. Just an FYI to keep your expectations open..
I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Mother's Day. Chose to go with a small business instead of a big company because down in the south where I am they make the most beautiful bouquets. Not only was I appalled with the condition the flowers came in, It was the completely wrong bouquet. I emailed Sunday immediately and spoke to Mary on the phone Monday and she assured me that the correct bouquet would be sent no later than the following afternoon. It is now two days later there's no bouquet I called the store yesterday spoke to a very rude Manager who insisted that they didn't have to send me the bouquet I bought and they can send me anything they wanted Because their flower bouquets are just" interpretations"of the pictures. Why don't we ask the crowd if this interpretation looks anything like what I paid for. After I told her I still was supposed to get a bouquet that afternoon nothing arrived. They assured me that one would be coming in and nothing did. I also looked into the New York consumer laws and what happened is illegal. I will update review as the situation progresses but so far do not give them your money unless you want to deal with rude staff and get the run around.
