Do yourself a favor and avoid this florist. Terrible service, condensing and a lack of understanding as what it means to provide a favorable experience. I would rather drive or walk a bit further to spend my hard earned money.

The owner needs to learn how to treat people well. I asked him about if he could go down on a price he told to get out of his florist shop, it was only a question, I will never come back. I am a costumer and I need to be respected.

Horrible horrible customer service. DO NOT USE!!! I ordered flowers on behalf of my mother for my grandmother, and what we received was a $200 spray of dead, dried out flowers. Everyone at the funeral was making comments about the horrible condition of that spray. My mother was mortified to say the least. At the time there was nothing that could have been done, it was a one day service. My main concern was for my mother not to complain about the flowers. When I got around to calling the florist, at the sound of hearing me say “I have a complaint” the gentlemen that answered the phone became extremely rude and put me on hold, only for another gentleman to get on the phone and start yelling at me telling me there is nothing he can do. As I tried to talk to him he continued yelling, and hung up on me and no one answered the phone after that. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Amazing service and very helpful on picking out plants

The owner sold me fake roses. Literally white flowers spray painted red. I didn’t notice until days later as my mom told me the dye was running in the vase water. So disappointed. It was raining and I was honestly in a rush to give my mom flowers for her birthday so my discretion was poor. But $5 per rose and I bought 15 (plus card taxes) smh Absolutely no integrity!
