I ordered flower pieces for my father’s funeral over the phone with Lena, she even remembered me from 5 months ago when I came in person and ordered 3 pieces for my mom’s funeral. I specifically asked if I needed to pay more so the arrangements will look nice and full, and she reinsured me that they will look nice and full. Honestly I was embarrassed when I saw them and had to stand next to my dad’s coffin during ceremony. Very disappointed this time with the quality of your flowers and presentation. I know it’s Valentine Holiday season and you very busy and concentrated more on that , but common ………
