A TRUE SHOWING OF A PROFESSIONAL AND CARING BUSINESS My boss had surgery and we wanted to send an arrangement to her. I live on Long Island and she is in Brooklyn so I had no idea of any local florists. I googled her address to find nearby stores and came across MWAH Flowers which was 10 minutes away. I read many of the reviews and saw pictures which were all wonderful. I placed an online order around Noon on Wednesday and it was same day delivery. Thursday AM I asked her if she received them and she said no. I called and spoke to Steve who said they tried to reach her at least twice but apparently her cell phone not recognizing the number was sending it straight to voicemail thinking it was spam. I assured him that she was home but he was hesitant to leave them because it is so cold out and it's not good for the fresh flowers (which I appreciated and understood). I gave my boss his number so they can connect. After a few failed connections they finally spoke and they were left in the evening. Apparently, someone walking by noticed how beautiful they were and decided to take them for themselves :( The next day again she called to confirm they were delivered and sure enough they were so it was confirmed they were hijacked by a very selfish stranger. Of course, Steve felt terrible and told her he was going to redo the arrangement for her because he really wanted her to have them. As you can see from this picture, the arrangement is BEAUTIFUL! It looks like exactly what I picked online. This was NOT A CHEAP arrangement and he redid them and they look as beautiful as they probably were originally. THAT IS A TRUE SHOWING OF A PROFESSIONAL AND CARING BUSINESS MAN. He could have skimped out and made something smaller or leave out some of the costly flowers but he didn't. Reviews are important for a business. I trusted the reviews I read online since I am not familiar with the store or the area and I am glad I did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MWAH FLOWERS for their beautiful flowers, but more importantly, their honest and caring customer service!
I needed to order funeral flowers very last minute, and I’m so grateful I found this flower shop. Stephen was amazing, polite, accommodating, and truly compassionate during a difficult time. He made the process so easy and even sent me a photo of the flowers after they were delivered. The arrangement looked exactly like it did online, absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for better service or quality. Highly recommend!
I can't express enough how thankful I am to this company, especially to Stephen, the amazing general manager. So, I ordered some flowers, but there was a mishap and hey didn't arrive as planned. But when I reached out to Stephen, he went above and beyond to fix things. We worked together to sort out a new delivery plan, and he even went the extra mile to hand-deliver the flowers himself. Plus, he kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure I was happy with everything. Seriously, this level of service? It's hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced . SO PRETTY!! HANDS DOWN the absolute best customer service & florists ever , they took care of me and updated me constantly . The flowers I originally ordered weren’t available for the day I wanted which was same day (Mother’s Day) so he called and told me he wasn’t able to make it same day due to a small inconvenience but he offered to send my mother a free bouquet whatever color I chose and send the original next day and he did just that and the FLOWERS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Better than the pictures and I love that for my mother 💅 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ - idk how anyone hasn’t done a video on this florist/flowershop on tik tok … they deserve to go viral for great business.
Wow! Mwah flowers definitely exceeded my expectations. I had particular flowers in mind and worked with Stephen to create the most beautiful arrangement. The flowers selected were fresh and vibrant with color. Stephen was extremely patient and professional, and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Mwah florist for all your needs.
