I've been ordering Stems Brooklyn on behalf of my business for over a year now and they are always the most spectacular arrangements and truly never disappoint. While some floral shops have hits and misses, I've consistently had hits with Stems. People even stop to take pictures in front of the arrangements when at our front desk. They are also lovely to work with and take into consideration my requests and match the arrangements to fit our gallery depending on what is on view with delightful enthusiasm. I really couldn't ask for better! You can't go wrong with this wonderful group of local florists. Oh I also wanted to add that they focus on sustainability and being eco friendly on top of it all which I highly value, seriously they're amazing!
Amazing service and communication! I don't live in NY so I was worried about having an unknown florist take care of this arrangement and delivery. I interacted with Suzanna via email. She reached out to me first and provided a pic of the arrangement, which was a complete surprise since that's never been done for me before. The arrangement was lovely but I requested a small tweak and Suzanna happily accommodated the change and sent an updated pic. Lastly, she sent me an email after the arrangement was delivered. The recipient LOVED the flowers and couldn't stop smiling. I saw the arrangement via FaceTime. All of the florals were fresh! 🌼 I would definitively recommend this florist and will absolutely use them again!
I received a gift certificate to a Stem Flower Arranging workshop and had the best experience! It was a great size group, gorgeous high-quality (and local) flowers, the pace of the workshop was perfect and felt really easy to follow as a total beginner. I live in Colorado and was looking for a Brooklyn shop to order flowers for my brother's birthday. Stems did not disappoint!! absolutely GORGEOUS arrangement. Loved that they sent me a photo of the wrap when it was completed. Also great communication when I reached out to ask how delivery worked to his building. Being in another state, I wasn't sure how it worked. But everything was seamless and I received a photo once it was delivered. Will definitely order again and highly recommend!
