There seems to be a lack of understanding on my end, are there two locations for this business? Either way, I went to this particular location for an in person browse and pickup. The owner, Naomi McCoy, was not there. However, I was still given the chance to get excellent customer service on the phone to her direct line. I described the product I wanted and sent her the online transaction confirmation after I paid online. It's a small and humble black business, what are the other one stars for? I can personally speak for myself and say that I had a good experience, she had a nice selection of flower, and we need more shops like this in our neighborhood.

I ordered a bouquet for delivery directly on their webpage on a Friday. It was supposed to be delivered on Sat. It never got delivered. I called the shop and the lady on phone said that my order was cancelled by either FTD, Shopify, etc...She couldn't say which one. I told her I never got notice of cancellation and that my CC was Charged. She said I had to take it up with FTD, Shopify, ETc.. that is wasn't her problem. I truly believe this feels like a scam and ripoff. Currently trying to get my credit back. Do not book with them.
I had a great experience with this shop. I called in from Chicago to have an arrangement sent for my mother‘s 60th birthday and it was delivered without issue. The arrangement is absolutely gorgeous and I especially love that the note was handwritten. I will absolutely keep supporting the shop.
