My son ordered flowers from Stella’s for a Valentines gift. They did an amazing job getting it to its destination, the arrangement is beautiful! His girlfriend LOVED it!
Ordered a beautifully expensive bouquet for my dad who is in ICU. Guess things have changed at this shop! They switched out the bouquet ordered or a cheap vase of flowers. Did they think that I wouldn't check?? I am so thoroughly disgusted and upset. Bait and Switch! Image 1 is what was ordered. Image 2 is what they delivered. Update: They said, “Sorry, here is a $10 coupon.” No, thank you! Pick up your flowers and refund my cost! *I might have ordered from out of state, but I am local.
Ordered flowers for our best friends who suffered a loss and sent thinking of you flowers from our group of friends. They loved the flowers and I was concerned it was missing some flowers and they immediately went back to their home a dropped off additional roses. Had my flowers designed by Flowers by Stella for my wedding at the Canandaigua Country Club and they were outstanding. Their service is exceptional and craft mastery. I could not have been happier with my experience working with them especially since I was an "out of town" bride. Having to have a lot of trust and faith in the process is TERRIFYING but with their patience the outcome was pure magic.
