Cumberland Farms

Easily the worst Cumberland farms experience here, I got rang out by a cashier who then left without a word or printing my receipt, then when I made a comment about him not wanting to do his job, your manager looks at me and then tells me it’s not that serious?! What’s not serious is how you take your position and your job. I get that yall don’t care about coming in and clocking in but there are SO many more people that would be HAPPY to do your easy insignificant job. I have called corporate and will be hearing from them soon.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Came in at about 2:30am. Needed some caffeine because of a long work shift. We noticed there was a sign that said “be right back” we walked back to our car, she then came out and yelled that there was a sign in a rude tone. THEN proceeded to say that I needed to be more aware of my surroundings. She said people need to pay more attention. She was the blonde lady. I’ve never felt so belittled at a gas station. avoid at all costs

Unbelievable. I've been in this store many times. Some times were acceptable, and some were not But today reached a new level. Why would a store clerk call another store clerk the "N" word, and right in front of customers?!!! When I called her out on it, she denied it. 02/06/25 @ ~6:PM. Goodbye, Cumberland Farms. I'll pay what Stewart's and their non-racist staff are charging.

Went to my neighborhood Cumberland Farms today after I got out of the night shift at 3 am. I was craving some breakfast food saw that they sadly only had breakfast pizza which still is good but not what I was after. But a female employee saw my slight dilemma and offered to make me a breakfast sandwich. I completely forgot to ask for her name so I apologize for that but I will be going back again most likely very soon. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stopped in this location during my lunch. Purchased a Snapple and some chips ahoy cookies. I bought the last package that was in the box, and there was another empty box next to it. I decided to grab the empty boxes to give them to the clerk, no sense of empty boxes being on the self. I walked to the counter and was the next in line. Normally, the cashier will greet you, nothing. LJ decided he wanted to waive me to the register?! I’m not a dog, I’m not your homeboy, I am a customer! Part of the reason why you probably still have a job! Oh it gets better! I put my items on the counter, and provide him with the empty boxes, he did not say thank you, barely acknowledged me, and threw the boxes to the side. He rang up my two items, I hand him cash, I say thank you when he throws the change in my hand, and he grunts? I assume that’s LJ language for “you’re welcome”. He didn’t bid me a good day, but he went right back to his cell phone!! Who hires these employees?!!! Never again will I be back!!! I will continue going to Stewart’s!! At least I am greeted when I walk in!!!!
