Went in looking for a floral boutique for my mother in law’s birthday tomorrow. We were greeted by the employees who were very friendly. They introduced us to a lovely woman named Robin (I believe, I am terrible with names). Very nice & helpful. She made a beautiful boutique with instructions on how to preserve it. She also told us to come back for Spring & Summer when they have fresh produce from her family’s farm.

Ordered flowers for my mom on Mother’s Day last year through 1800 flowers and they used this florist they were nice but unfortunately they just tried to run my card again for the same amount, luckily it flagged for fraud. I called and the gentleman that answered asked how I knew where to call and then told me he wouldn’t bother me again after trying to tell me I never paid for my order last year.

I have ordered from Homestead Floral twice; most recently at Thanksgiving to send flowers to my son’s girlfriend’s family. I live in Canada and have never been to Cortlandt Manor personally. Yesterday I received a notification of a restaurant charge to my credit card that took place in Cortland Manor; as none of my family is in the US it had to be fraud. I looked back on my statement immediately and found another charge at a Chinese restaurant in Cortlandt Manor a week after Thanksgiving. The only place I have used this card was to order the flowers on Homestead Floral Designs website. The recipient loved the flowers; but sadly due to my card being used fraudulently; I will have to find a new florist in the area for future arrangements.

I received an arrangement from a friend who lives out of state. Unfortunately, no one was home on the day of delivery, so the florist left a notice asking me to call to arrange a return delivery. When I called, I was told they would deliver the flowers the next day, but that my order would not be a priority because larger orders were handled first. They did not show up the following day, and when the arrangement was finally delivered two days later, the flowers were already dead. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using this florist for personal or smaller arrangements. I can’t speak to how they handle larger orders, but it is clear that smaller orders are not treated with the same level of care.

Dear Homestead Floral Designs We're so grateful for meeting our need at such short notice. The flowers and petals we ordered for the Maid of honor, bridesmaid and wedding cake were beautiful!
