Charmayne's Florist & Cake

On May 2nd I went to Ms. Charmayne flowers and I asked her to create an unusual and colorful hairpiece to match my mom's shoes on Mother's Day. On May 11th I went back to pick it up and she created a masterpiece which was pulchritudinous, amazing, and spectacular!! Upon showing my mom, she blown away. Wow!! Thank you!! I had an excellent experience ordering two flower arrangements for a professional event. Charmayne was friendly, asked me thoughtful questions about my budget, the look of the room where the flowers would be displayed and gave feedback on the type of filler that would look best with the flowers I chose. Their price was in line with what I was expecting to pay. They even helped me “buckle” my arrangements into the car for safe transport. I felt very taken care of by their team and will happily do business with them again!

Charmain’s Florist went above and beyond for my mother’s funeral. Charmain and her team showed exceptional professionalism and compassion, even creating beautiful last-minute centerpieces for the repass tables and delivering them to the church without hesitation. Charmain is truly amazing, so kind, patient, and intuitive. Even when I was indecisive about what I wanted, she gently guided me and helped bring everything together perfectly. Her care and attention to detail made such a difference during an incredibly emotional time. You are truly a gem in the community. We placed 3 separate orders for my father in laws funeral. 1 in person and 2 via phone. The level of customer service was spectacular. Very attentive and kind. I felt that the representative took their time and dedicated her time to my orders. I was NOT crazy about the floral Arrangements when they arrived at the funeral home. The white flowers didnt smell or look fresh. My family and I spent $800 on flowers that weren’t up to our standards. It was a time of grief and we didnt have the time to call and complain. But I would definitely not order any white or sprayed floral arrangements from this establishment. The red roses bouquet was the nicest full Looking arrangement. My daughter was disappointed in her grandfathers wreath she ordered for him. It could've just been a bad batch of white flowers and we just happen to get those. I do not intend for business to be loss but just a suggestion if the flowers don’t smell or look nice as the picture give a call and let your customers know. Maybe a different flower or color would’ve been better.
