I've been a continuing customer at this Dollar Tree in Florida, NY. Today I was there exchanging an item as well as purchasing other items. They had to call a "manage" and I put that position in quotes for a specific reason. The even exhange was made however they refused to give me back my original receipt back. I was told by Alexa the so called manager that it was policy to keep the receipt. I told her that there were other items on that receipt and it was paid on a credit card and I needed it back she again said no it was policy. The very nice cashier Patricia said I could take a picture. I said to Alexa that no other store including the other Dollar Trees that I shop at keep my original receipt. I told her if she needed my receipt she should be the one taking the picture. She again refused to give it back. I told her that I'll never be shopping there again and once again Alexa had a response stating to me "that's fine". Now I'm really getting mad. I told her that I don't need all the continued talk back and she needed to grow up. Again Alexa had a comment that she was a "manager". I felt like I was talking to a child that continually had a comment for everything and needed to have the last word about everything. I said she wasn't a very good manager and again Alexa had a comment and said a lot of her customers love her. She had a response for everything and said absolutely nothing to diffuse the situation. And all of this because I wanted my original credit card receipt for my other purchases that I hadn't returned. I will be reporting this so called "manager" Alexa to their corporate office. She needs more manager training.
Love the dollar tree the staff is great they will help you anyway they can if needed For all that you are and all that you do I want to thank you very much and appreciate it

Good store. Good employees. Not sure who the manger is who opens the store during the week. She is an asset to dollar tree.
