Was looking for large storage containers and I was lucky to find the Ace store in Florida. They had a great sale price (under 8 dollars) and Mike really helped me by ordering additional bins that I needed. Great buying experience and excellent customer service! Highly recommend giving this location a visit !
On 12/24/2024, Christmas Eve, one of the zone valves' heads stopped working, I had no heat in the rooms. For the first time, I went to this hardware store, and the staff was very friendly. They helped me find the zone valve head ($99 fair price). This hardware store is definitely a life saver. Highly recommended.

WHAT IS ACE DOING??!!! I ordered an item online from Ace and needed to return it, so I went to their website (sadly I ignored my instinct not to shop at Ace because they are going extinct). Their "easy" return policy states that you must find a store and return it there or call a number. I called the number and was met with a promotional scam. The only option to get to talk to a representative was to dial "1" which brings you to a promotional department asking if you want $100. I wasn't born yesterday and I know you never get something for nothing. I said I just want to know how to return my item and so they promptly hung up on me, so I had to find a store. The nearest store was Werner's Ace, in Florida, NY, which is a 25 minute drive from my house. When I got there and said that I needed to make an online return, a very rude woman snapped at me that I have to come back tomorrow because the person who does online returns will be in tomorrow. So, of the three people behind the counter, none knew how to process a return - there is just one person specially trained LOL??!!! What are you doing guys? Do you know what year it is?
