I came in and asked if they could make me a new bouquet because I didn’t like any of the ones they had or they didn’t look fresh. The lady said she couldn’t make a bouquet and that I had to choose from what they had. Then she turned around and walked away. I hope the customer service will be better or flower styles won’t be so outdated
