I had the most sickeningly, upsetting and frustrating experience with 1800flowers. The phone staff speak little English and continually misunderstand name and address information. It took 2.5 hours to place a simple birthday order and I am still concerned about delivery scheduled on Thursday. Fingers crossed.
I ordered a wreath of white flowers and a standing spray, also white flowers. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral parlor in Queens Village and lit up the room on such a sad occasion as my father’s death. They added beauty and dignity to the visitation and funeral service. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again.
A true bait and switch! This is the large version of a valentine bouquet. It’s not supposed to have a single daisy in it yet has 2 dozen. This has happened multiple times. I implore this place to do better or we will go to the bodega for a better bouquet at 1/5th the cost. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

The most important thing about this shop is not just the wide selection to choose from, but their customer service. Always smiling and in great spirits. They make you feel like family.
Friends of mine had used this florists services to set up 12 centerpieces for a birthday party. All they needed to supply was the masonry jars and explained what flowers they wanted. Sunflowers was something my friends had a difficult time finding because this was done end of August and needed to be small not the typical large we are used to seeing. THEY WERE VERY PLEASED with what the workers/designers Ruthy and Luis did and so was the birthday gal.
