Service was great. However the cleaning chemicals they were using to clean the bathroom was absolutely horrible. Breath taken and nauseating. The staff was wearing a mask but the customers suffer. I almost passed out from the fumes.
If I could rate this quality of character of a few employees here a 0 I would. Management needs to look into and address whom they have working , Especially Eve. Having to contact a lawyer for a civil suit over these 2 employees wasn’t worth the stop. We also were told we couldn’t speak to a manger until Monday that they have no way of contacting one. which is inadequate ???? We then called the police, and our attorney after being denied a manager, we have a case and are in the due process of filing a civil suit the store/management for having such employees is also liable. Avoid this store at all cost it’s not worth the headache it caused our family.
Every time I come in this store, I have to ask for the tea sweetener. In which I will take care of it and put the pump in it for them. But to top it off now there’s no tea. This is bullshit. Isn’t anyone doing their freaking job?
Would love to give 5 stars. I usually consider this one of the nicer locations. I drive a truck and stop here for food coffee and bathroom breaks. Today I went to grab my usual bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and there weren’t any. The dark skinned woman behind the counter was making the food and she had just finished making some hash browns so I asked her nicely if she could make me a bacon egg and cheese croissant which they usually do with no problem. She replied “we don’t have any” so I grabbed a cold one from the shelf out front and asked nicely id she could please make it. She didn’t say one word and gave me a look, made the food and I said thank you have a nice day and she didn’t respond just looked angry. I don’t understand why people lack customer service skills. I’ve done customer service jobs before. It’s not difficult to return kindness. I wasn’t even rude. Only giving two stars instead of one because the woman who cashed me out was extremely friendly in comparison
From the outward appearance your thinking a nice decent place then you walk in the bathroom and have to spend 5 minutes cleaning just to use it. Next time if this is the only option I'll just go to the woods.
