Cumberland Farms

I found myself in a jam one morning when I was stopped at a nearby gas station. I had a 100-mile drive ahead and needed to refuel my empty tank, but I discovered that my gas cap would not open. I had never had that happen before and had no clue what to do. I just so happened to see this Cumberland Farms a block away from the other station. I had never been to one before. I stopped, hoping someone might be able to help — and I am so glad I did. :) The woman working inside the store came out without hesitation, was kind and patient, and had the issue resolved in seconds. She did not make me feel embarrassed or like a bother, even though it was not her responsibility. That kind of everyday kindness makes all the difference. Thank you! :)

I shopped here every day for three years but no longer can .Hands down the worst gas station in the area. The place is filthy all the time , mangers are too incompetent to order what they need to every week and the bathroom floor is covered in pee all day every day. It's the only gas station between work and home and still I can't stomach spending money here

This place i anther scammers i live ina different state i just found out lastnite someone used my card after 12clock at nite and im always in cali my card was used there

The employees here can't be bothered to put aside a personal conversation to pay attention to the customers they are cashing out. It's a gas station, I'm not expecting top tier customer service but it's a pretty bad experience to not even be acknowledged by the cashier. At least a kiosk says thank you.
