Market 32

I recently visited this Market 32 location because my husband's co-worker had raved about some fish there, and I was excited to check it out. Being new to the area, I was looking forward to a good experience. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. After waiting over 7 minutes for assistance, it became clear that it wasn't just bad timing — the service here was extremely slow. The employee helping us moved at a snail’s pace, and there was no sense of urgency or care for the customers waiting. It made what should have been a quick, pleasant trip feel frustrating and exhausting. I watched customers after me walk away because the guy who took my order went in the back KNOWING they were waiting to be helped. He cooked the fish dinners before ever coming back to help them. CRAZY. Finally, he brings my food out and the label says 8.99 however the board says 7.99. Because of this experience, I don't plan on returning.

I brought hot food today. I should've left when I looked at it but I'm like nah let me give it a try. The worst general tso's chicken, sweet and spicy and sesame chicken i ever had. The fried rice was also really nasty. All the sauces they use are nasty cause it's overkill with the amount they use and the flavor. The ribs were gross. I spent $12 on a small food tray that I ended up wasting and throwing away. Never again... Don't waste your 30 minute lunch break or money here buying their hot food.

I placed an online order at Jersey Mike’s, and it completely flopped. The service was slow and unhelpful, and the sub was so poorly prepared that I ended up throwing it out. After that experience, I went to Price Chopper instead, and it was excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, the prices were reasonable, and the sub had double the meat compared to Jersey Mike’s. The difference in quality and overall experience was night and day. Thank you Price Chopper for saving my lunch today!

They have wide variety of fresh produce and vegetables. Staffs are very friendly, price is reasonable as well. Very neat and clean bathroom.

I had good experience with the Bakery. The Deli however was a mess, I placed 3 platter orders. Called in the day of, couldn't find the order so they said they'd make it immediately. Came in couldn't find any order again. 20 mins later they get a manager who finds the order on for the following day. They make the oder immediately. They do delivery to me while I shop but the fruit tray was lacking in the watermelon, looked old and only half full! It was such a frustrating headache, I don't recommend this Market 32. They did not even offer any discount for the multiple mistakes. I find the layout of the store confusing compared to most supermarkets as well. The store could also be cleaned a bit better.
