Walmart calls this a 'Supercenter' for good reason. It seems to have nearly everything a person would need. While this may be convenient, it also makes things hard to find. The store personnel have an app that helps them tell you where stuff is supposed to be. I was looking for a snow sled which I was told is in a corner of the store. Unfortunately, it was not there. Would be nice if the website could tell you where stuff is in the store (like Home Depot and Lowes). The store is now bright and clean. A while back, it was messy with many items on the floor rather than in the racks. It is much nicer now.
This Walmart is conveniently located, one stop shop for literally anything you could need. I’m glad we had a good one so close to our house! Good groceries too, in fact, the meat quality never let me down. Honestly think the food is higher quality, for the most part, than the other grocery across the street.
Pretty standard Walmart, not every item in stock, and when looking for things, the staffer didn't have a clue where it was... so ended up just wandering around longer. Parking lot was pretty icy, as well.
It’s a real shame to realize that my office for Woodforest National Bank used to be inside this Walmart. I’ve been followed so closely by the loss prevention officer that he literally should be pushing my shopping cart. Try a better approach and give your shoppers excellent customer service. Not a single associate in the store said hello or asked me if I needed help to find anything that is deplorable.
I went there twice now to try to pay my rent with a E-Check/ Electronic Money Order and was told be the customer service desk. That they don't do that but I drive across town to another Walmart and was helped out with my need. If your staff aren't trained get them trained up so everyone knows what offered. Its embarrassing for customers who know what they can do at Walmart and its also embarrassing to Walmart when service isn't performed because of lack of proper training for an essential function of your job.
