Walmart Supercenter

So yesterday my husband and I went to shop some Enfamil at the super Walmart. On the shelves have the 28.3oz of Enfamil’s which price are $12.82 however while cashing out the cashier ring up $48.97 when my husband show the cashier the picture she went to look from the person in charge for the store at that time. The person name is “Katie” mine you when the cashier ask her she all rude and say she can’t override Enfamil. Her attitude towards us was so rude she have stop and talk to us in a timely manner. She’s walking back and forth saying she can’t override Enfamil. I am 100% sure she’s races because my husband work at retail and he know how it goes with items like that. I’m pretty sure if was her kind of people she would have done it for them. I called up Walmart customer service waiting on a response from the team I have proof I will upload it .

Every time I order pickup from here either items are "out of stock" when in reality I walk in and they're fully stocked or I never receive an item so I have to get a refund. Spoke to a rep to have my items delivered for free and the best they wanted to do was give me a spend $15 get $10 off promo code. First of all, the items that were missing weren't $15+ and the rep must be out of their mind if they think I'm going to spend over $20 to have less than $15 items delivered to me NOT including the $9+ express delivery fee. When I explained that to the rep btw she laughed at me which is rather rude. Do better Walmart, you're not starving for money, you're just greedy.

Be aware that when you shop here they use dynamic pricing. If you don't know what that is, it means Walmart can change and will change prices of their items while you are shopping. Kayem hotdogs at the store were valued at $6.98, when I checked out they were $4.98. Did I really get a "discount" or does Walmart KNOW that I use this hotdog brand only? Be careful shopping here, consider shopping elsewhere where electronic price tags don't exist.

Store manager Aubrey and Penny were wonderful. I purchased a Keurig and had to return it the very next day without a receipt. The store manager took the time to go and look up all the receipts from the previous day and literally found my receipt for me. She was kind and not judgmental. I would recommend this Walmart highly. The workers are knowledgeable but most important friendly.

It will be a very long time before I step into this Walmarts. First two employees were arguing about helping each other in the electronics. Then when I went in the craft section there was a real bat sitting on yarn. Then when I go to checkout there was not enough lanes open. So it will be a longtime till I ever step in a Walmart again.
