We have ordered a large size purple bouquet 'joyful memory' as a present for my niece and spent $135. The bouquet that she received had nothing to do with what we ordered. It was pink and white roses and significantly smaller than in the picture. When I called to complain about the fact that there was no resemblance in the type of flowers, colors or size to what I ordered I got yelled at by the obnoxious owner who said she didn't have the flowers that I had ordered and decided to replace them with whatever she had available. The ridiculous solution she suggested was to go to my niece and take the bouquet back… beware from this store. They are liars.
Terrible experience. Ordered a $100 bouquet. Got something that looked like it was worth $40. The owner started shouting at me that she had chosen expensive flowers and that’s why the bouquet looks small
I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother. They were delivered on time and they were fresh and beautiful. She sent me a picture of them and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Great Neck Florist. I will order from you again!
Horrible owners and horrible flowers! My father sent flowers to me for my birthday on Tuesday night. The unopened ones never opened and by Friday everything was just about dead. I called first thing Saturday morning because they were closed Friday when I came home from work and all the owner did was yell and then she hung up on me. She was screaming I should have called within 2 days, but the truth is that I thought they would still open on the third day instead of die. Any reputable florist would be willing to see that there was obviously a problem and bring fresh ones. My friends gave me ones from the Stop and Shop the same night and they still look as fresh as when I received them. Stay away from these people!!! If there is a way to add a photo I will. I would have given no stars, but would not allow the post without choosing one star.
Ordered flowers through them with rush delivery for 2PM same day - flowers did not get delivered and paid extra for them to be delivered early. Called them - florist claimed they attempted to deliver the flowers but my girlfriend left early for the day and wasn’t there. Also claimed they called my girlfriend ahead of time but she didn’t answer. My girlfriend is a school teacher and doesn’t leave until 3:30PM. The time she got the call “ahead of time” was 3:24PM asking if she was still at the school. When I told them I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the flowers delivered the man refused and said “the bouquet was already made and we will deliver tomorrow.” Had to go through Amex to dispute the claim to get my refund. Avoid these con-artists.
