Great store with various Korean and Asian items. The store is very colorful and very well stocked.and usually full of customers. Great variety of foods. The fruits and vegetables area is bright and full of different items. You can find Asian imported food. There also a sit in Asian restaurant. I recommend this place. One recommendation. A new brighter and cleaner bathroom would be a blessing.

I ordered shrimp fried rice and found that the shrimp were dirty and not properly cleaned. When I went to the manager to ask why this happened, she told me that this is how they always serve the shrimp. This was very disappointing and concerning from a food safety and hygiene perspective. I did not feel comfortable eating the food and expected much better quality and cleanliness.

I love shopping at HMart Hartsdale. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of food from fresh vegetables, unique flavors of SPAM, Korean kitchenware, toiletries, even toys, live seafood food and frozen asian (Korean, Chinese, Filipino, Thai, Indonesian, Taiwanese & more). It even has its own food court w/ seating. There are 3 restaurant stalls, Korean, Korean Chinese and Japanese. There are over 50 menu items to choose from! Good luck w/ making a decision for what to eat haha 😉 It also has a Tous D Jours Korean bakery inside. The cakes are beautiful, light, fluffy and creamy. You can order ahead or pick up the ones that are stocked daily. They have a large public free parking lot. It is conveniently located on Central Avenue in Hartsdale. It also has two unisex restrooms for customers, one is handicapped accessible. But it is not near the food court but by the back of the store near the entrance. This place is a foodie’s & home cooks dream! You don’t need to go to Korea but still feel like you can purchase so many great products including skin care here. They also have weekly sale specials. Tip: You can sign up for their free loyalty program and earn points for every $ spent there. You can redeem those points for an HMart gift voucher/gift certificate which can be applied to your purchase. Highly recommend this store if you live in the Westchester, Bronx, lower Hudson Area! They have a second location in Yonkers, NY. That one is even bigger than this one and also has a food court. But sadly the food court in Yonkers is not as tasty and consistent good as this one. Don’t wait, head to Hmart today. I just stocked up my freezer and fridge because of back to school. My belly is happy but my wallet is crying. Please like my review if you find it helpful. Went back to this HMart today for shopping. Shelves are overstocked. Great fruit and vegi selection and prices. Small food court with only 3 vendors serving Japanese, Chinese and Korean foods.very busy store. Bathroom was not very clean. It needs to be cleaned often because store is so busy. Back again for monthly shopping. Lots of good fresh veggies and fruits. Then had lunch in the food court. We had bul gogi bibimbab and tofu soup. Both were very good. We went back again today for shopping and decided to have lunch in the food court. Three choices - Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Today we both got Korea. One bulgogi bibimbap and one tofu soup. Both very delicious.

The place to go for anything Asian. The options and variety for fresh produce is second to none, Meat and seafood departments are equally impressive, you can find many cuts of meat you will not find in an ordinary grocery butcher. Seafood is so fresh alot of it is still swimming. The food court looked great, with choices for Japanese, Korean, & Chineese. While I didn't get anything this stop, the fact that every table was occupied at 2:30 on a Sunday indicates good things. While I live 1/2 hour away, anytime I am in the area I make sure to go.
