Needed to send flowers to family on the west coast from the east coast. Easily found Country Girl Flowers on google as a local flower shop so I knew the flowers would be delivered to the hospital in celebration of a new baby girl quickly. The arrangement was beautiful and just as pictured. I even received an email that they were delivered.

When I followed up, I was told tulips had to be substituted due to availability. If tulips are not in season, why are they being offered for sale—especially in a deluxe option? I didn’t receive the flowers I ordered, nor something of equal value or style. What I received was clearly a lower-tier arrangement that doesn’t reflect the price or the product description. This feels misleading and disappointing. To make matters worse, I was offered 10% off my next order as compensation. That’s not acceptable. The mistake was made on this order—why should I have to spend more money just to be properly compensated? That doesn’t make sense, and it comes across as dismissive rather than respectful customer service. There won’t be a next time.
