I go to ShopRite regularly. The lady with glasses 👓 on exhibits unprofessional behavior, which is a remarkable opportunity for growth and development. I am perplexed as to how she holds a supervisory position with such an attitude towards customers, and I envision a future where she radiates positivity. I inquired about an item and she responded rudely, yet I remain hopeful that she will rise above this moment. No customer deserves this level of service, and I trust that she will strive for excellence. If one is uninterested in providing quality service, it may be advisable to reassess one's role or seek alternative opportunities that ignite passion and purpose.
Terrible service. Wife and I, both over 50, getting groceries and beer in self checkout. Clerk would not sell to my wife without my ID too. I asked about selling to a parent with a kid and was told that was different. I suggested my wife drop me off at home and come back, clerk said since she’d seen us together, she wouldn’t sell to my wife. Asked for the manager and was told the manager wouldn’t see us. So, I’ll go to price chopper in Chatham.
on 11-29-25, at 1:27pm, Terminal 3, Operator 184, Transaction 72 I went and tried to check out at this line which was against my better judgement because I have had interactions with this cashier and her attitude multiple times before, I hope shop rite corporate fires this lady, she has no business to be in the hospitality industry with her attitude, I don't who she thinks she is but she is hands down the most awful person I ever came in contact with, maybe losing her job before Christmas will make her a better person for the future interactions with the public
Really miss Shop Rite in the capital district!!! This is the closest store to me from Rotterdam. I make a trip when I see your ad has a number of deals for us...so it's worth the trip to Hudson. Great store, clean, well stocked and nice personnel to help out with questions. Only thing, customer service desk would be better if it was not after check out so it could be accessed easier 😉 😀
