The Funky Flower

I recently had to order a large sympathy floral spray from a group of women for a dear friend. I had good feedback about the Funky Flower and decided to use them and support small business. I wasn’t finding exactly what I was looking for on their website so I called and spoke to the owner. He allowed me to text him some arrangements that I had seen on line and gave him our budget. The piece was everything I envisioned and more. The colors, the flower quality and the overall specifications I requested were met and exceeded my expectations. Please note the picture here is prior to delivery and while it was still at the floral shop. Once it was at the funeral home and displayed on the stand it was absolutely magnificent. I highly recommend this shop for their work and excellent customer service.

We just moved into the Huntington area last month ,, We always need a good floral joint thats local. I called a few places just to get a feel how the businesses field the call,, Rick's place was the 3rd call, mad cool guy. we had a great conversation as he's got a can do attitude, BAMM !!~~ and my name is Rick too BAMM !! Ordered a beautiful bouquet for my wife as it was our 15th Wedding anniversary . Rick Delivered it himself ! how cool is that ? The kicker is that the flowers he delivered was BETTER looking than in the picture online !!, WHO DOES THAT ??? my girl is over the moon with the flowers ,seriously impressive. bottom line, we found our forever florist in our new town! I purchased an arrangement for my wife’s birthday at 7PM on the eve. Took them home, put them in water as directed, then woke up at 6am to find all the petals wilted. My home has central air and has hosted countless successful flower arrangements over the years. Sadly, I had no time to go get another arrangement in time, so had to embarrassingly present as is to my wife, with our son present! I sent a video to the shop and asked for a full refund, but they declined. Instead they offered excuses and an exchange. Obviously they are in the wrong business if they don’t realize that an exchange is worthless after the experience of the moment has passed. And it seems, from a few reviews I read, after the fact, that other customers have had “quality “ issues in past. Shop at your own risk! Update: Last 4 pics taken on Dec. 7th. Three days after and the flowers already dropped and some buds withered. These were obviously not fresh cut!
