I was disappointed with the flower arrangements for my husbands funeral I had a heart one made that was beautiful but two side vases were distasteful. The arrangement was usually $150 they said each for the pic I have shown with vase it is a picture of what i took out of the catalog. Not the actually arrangement I received so I asked if I could have them for $100 so instead of the seven roses it shows in pic for $150 I took from their catalog I got one rose each in my arrangements. And some of the lily stems were so short they didn’t hit the water because they were 4 inches. Doesn’t seem right. The pic of the heart is what I received. In catalog it had roses mine had daisies. Just disappointed in what I received I spent $375 on heart and two small vase arrangements.

Disappointed in the planter l received from this florist as a gift. Too small and lack luster for the price paid and the picture shown . It didn’t reflect the quality shown on the internet.They also were unwilling to rectify the situation . I wouldn’t recommend them .

They did a fabulous job for my father’s funeral. Multiple people voiced appreciation of the flowers. I brought some home and they have bloomed even more beautifully😍Thank you for your amazing work!

This review is long overdue. My Mom passed away suddenly 7/30/2025. Hyde Park Florist did a wonderful job despite only a two day notice for the order. The casket spray as well as a special arrangement from her Grand dogs were just beautiful. Thank you for everything Rosemarie and the Mercadante family of Catherine Mercadante

ONCE AGAIN ON 2/22/23, this florist has delivered a $78.00 1-800 Flowers bouquet with 7 flowers!!! 3 of the flowers were carnations!!!! The bulk was baby's breath. I was part of a group that contributed to acknowledge a personal loss that absolutely warranted flowers be delivered. The recipient kindly sent images to thank us all and the florist name was included. I honestly gasped at the poor quality. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WAS THIS FLORIST AGAIN. This florist KNEW the occasion and still provided nothing like the product advertised by the online company. A disgrace. What a shame to provide such blatantly horrible products and collect money for a product so consistently inferior over so long a time period. DO NOT ORDER from this florist and be very careful if you order from 1-800 flowers or shari's berries and they give your order to this florist. I spent $80 for EACH bouquet pictured. They were supposed to be large and extra large versions of the product respectively. There were nine flowers in the white bouquet and both bouquet's had more green than anything. When I called to speak to the florist, I was in tears, she kept asking me what she should do about it, we had a very long conversation in which she admitted she believes the pictures on line are just "suggestions" and she uses what she has, she told me she deducted 15.99 for the cost of a vase in each bouquet, she claimed the people at 1-800 flowers are not educated and went on to correct herself by saying not educated about flowers, when they call to speak to her, she said they can't even pronounce the names of flowers because they are in India. She constantly repeated that this is 1-800 flowers problem and I should get a remedy from them. She just kept saying, "what would you like me to do about it?, I could come and get the flowers", so I said then I would have paid $160 for nothing. She said, then I should ask for a refund from 1-800 flowers. So I called 1-800 flowers. I got a very nice, patient person from customer service for shari's berries/1-800 flowers on the phone, while speaking simultaneously with the florist and the customer service rep, they said they could give me a discount for my next order. I told the florist that and she kept saying "see, they took care of it." But that would mean, I would have to do business with this florist again. This did not seem like an appropriate remedy. I finally suggested that she send another set of flowers, she said she couldn't do that and again tried to say that this is 1-800 flowers fault for basically advertising something that can't be created, so I said, she should not be part of that system because she takes advantage of online orders but then gives the customer what SHE wants. Bottom line, the flowers pictured are NOT worth the $160 I paid. I posted one example of a picture of what I ordered from 1-800 flowers and what was sent to my house. In these tough times, business should go the extra mile when they are WRONG, not dig their heels in, blame the internet, talk in circles, disparage other people or make excuses. When I told the owner that I wanted to use her quotes in my review she said go ahead, but that I was vindictive. I explained that I would let her own words do the talking for her and her business.
