I am going to have to agree with Colleen Krom regarding a decision on what the patron wants. I brought my grandson in because he wanted to pick out a wrist corsage and mentioned several times that he wanted purple flowers. He picked out a couple different shades of purple for the ribbon and was eagerly awaiting the finished corsage. I picked it up today and was a bit disappointed because there wasn't one single purple flower. The florist apologized and proceeded to tell me that it was what was ordered. A white flower was not what was ordered, purple was the color my grandson picked out! For some reason the florist seems to think she knows best AND should really let a 13-year-old have the color that he requested even if she doesn't agree. And no I did not have time for you to remake something that should have been made correct in the first place. Maybe listen to the customer instead of trying to override their decision. Very disappointed!

Couldn’t have better things to say about Franny! What an amazing person and florist! She took everything I wanted and made it exactly how I envisioned my wedding! Not only did she make my day happen she also did it in a short period of time with no hesitation! What a great human and absolutely wonderful florist! Highly recommend!!

Was not too impressed. I wanted a corsage like the last two photos. Sent photos to the florist while we were on the phone together. Told her I wanted a white rose with some small white accent flowers. Suggested something like baby's breath with a white ribbon. She suggested a champagne ribbon and I told her no that I wanted a white ribbon. She said put your trust in me, I'll make something you'll like. What I got is in the first photo. Pretty much what she wanted to make. No white accent flowers. No white ribbon. Nothing like the last two photos. This is not the first time this flower shop has made its own decision to make what they want not the customer. Many years ago, I wanted a pink arrangement for a funeral and got a yellow and purple one.

First of all I called 4 different floral shops and the woman running this one was the only one who acted with compassion during a very difficult time. My family will be forever grateful for that. She did a beautiful job, all the arrangements were perfect. Thank you so much 🤍

I can't say enough good things about the flower arrangements Fran did for my sister's funeral. My niece and I told her we wanted arrangements done in purple, my sisters favorite color. She came through with a sea of purple that Kathy would have loved. Thank you, your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten.
