I highly recommend the Colonial Flower Shop in Lake Ronkonkoma. The owner Tom is warm, kind and professional. His work in creating a memorial arrangement for a dear friend's wake and funeral was fantastic. I had a vision and he made it a reality, choosing the most beautiful flowers to pay tribute to my loved one. The cost was reasonable and I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Colonial.

The owner, Tom, helped me set up a flower arrangement for a funeral that I wasn’t able to attend. He took the time to talk with me about life, faith, love and grief while working with me to understand the floral arrangement he was planning. When I called a couple days later to make sure everything was as planned when I saw he hadn’t charged my credit card yet, he told me not to worry and that “money isn’t everything.” The price was very good for the size and design of the arrangement he made, far outpacing most other florists in the area. It’s very obvious he cares about serving his customers and not just making a buck doing the bare minimum. The arrangement was beautiful, delivered on time, and loved by those in attendance. Can’t thank Tom and recommend his florist enough.

Colonial Flower Shop did an incredible job with the flowers for our mom’s funeral. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and perfectly captured her spirit. The team was kind, professional, and handled everything with such care. We’re so grateful for their compassion and talent during a difficult time.

Wanted to give a shout out to Colonial Florist in Ronkokoma. Ive been using them for years and they’ve always hit it out of the park but their customer service is top notch! I had surgery on Friday and my mom stayed with me for a few days. I wanted to send her flowers (she lives in Ronkonkoma) as a thank you so I ordered from Colonial’s website. I realized the day I had scheduled the flowers to be delivered was a day she was actually coming back to stay with me overnight so she wouldn’t be home go receive them. I called Colonial that morning and spoke to the owner. He was so accommodating about moving it to today (i was worried it was already on thw truck). Then today I got two calls from him - one was confirming the details and asking for clarification on the note (I had a typo that made it read weird) and the other was confirming that they had been delivered but that my mom wasn’t home (she was actually on her way back to her house). I was floored by the time and care he took in calling me to make sure everything was perfect.
