Don't bother storing your credit card information on file. Literally half of the times I have gone to get a Rx, they couldn't "access the credit card." Interesting that they could the other times! I chose not to try to "contact" them via their smail mail or wait on hold at the phone number.
Very disappointed. My issue is that I was receiving delivery of prescriptions from Eastern Parkway CVS until recently when i needed a new debit card. I have the CVS app and loaded the card twice on the app successfully. The app aporoved the new card, which i have been using successfully, but the Eastern Parkway CVS has refused delivery of my prescriptions, saying the card on the app is no good, when i have loaded the card sucessfully twice. Pharmacy at the Eastern Parkway CVS said I could only fix the situation through the app. Since i could not have my 3 prescriptions delivered and am disabled and not able to go into the CVS eastern parkway store, i had to have my 3 prescriptions transferred to CVS 584 Loudon Road. The pharmacist at your store, an Eastern Indian woman, told me the front counter would be able to help me if I made a purchase with the card. I sucessfully made a purchase at the front counter of your store but the front counter said, although there is nothing wrong with the card, they could not help me regarding using the debit card for prescription delivery. I am sick of and disgusted with CVS attitude of pass the buck and we cannot help you. These prescriptions were filled after great effort, but i still need my future prescriptions delivered.
This store offers excellent passport photo service. It took less than five minute for the whole process. And the staff was professional and swift. The photo quality meets my expectations. Highly recommendable for the local residents especially because though I've been four pharacy/dept stores and one post office today, all those shops had camera issues or didn't offer that service.
