I’m really disappointed with my experience at Walmart. What was supposed to be a quick trip to grab stuffed shells turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. The app showed the pasta was in A13 with 8 in stock, but the shelf was completely empty. I politely asked six different employees for help. Most of them barely stopped or seemed uninterested in assisting. One associate was kind enough to try and got a manager involved, who made an announcement for someone to meet me in the pasta aisle. No one ever showed up. When I asked another employee, she simply said that if it wasn’t there, she didn’t know. No effort to check the back, no attempt to verify inventory, nothing. I left without my item Customer service should not feel like an inconvenience. If inventory says an item is in stock, someone should be willing to help locate it. This was a simple request that turned into unnecessary frustration.
Well, it's a store. It's fine if you go in, for the most part. Pick up takes forever (understaffed?). Deliveries almost always are missing items. Substitutions are never similar to the original. Don't order totes, the handles will be broken or the lids missing. Today I placed a delivery order. The driver showed up but my order wasn't in his car. Eventually they found the order at the store and sent a text stating my pick up was ready. Pick up. I paid for delivery. I highly recommend the East Greenbush store.
Glad to find out cute stuffs here. Also amazed to see seperate sections for eggs,milk,creamer. Also mug collection, definitely mesmerising. There was necessary items for camping.
I’m giving zero star for this Walmart location because I have a pick up I’m almost waiting more than1:30 Nobody answer my call This is the bullshit
I returned my cart to the cart icorral. Picked up the trash( box and bag). I get in my suv. Turn around and this so called gentlemen employee pulls out the box and bag and throws it on the ground. And than kicks out of his way. Is this really the a person you want to represent your store. Fire him, he.does not deserve a job.
