Terrible experience at the drive-thru; the woman working there was constantly yelling and had a bad attitude. She's not trained in customer service, and we were treated very rudely.
This location has been lacking in recent months regarding prescription availability and customer service. I always obtain a 90 day script when possible and one of my medications must be ordered which requires me to miss doses and wait for the medicine to arrive. When the script does come to the pharmacy it arrives in small batches and If I request a partial in order to keep with my medication schedule, the remaining doses are cancelled by CVS. I find it hard to believe that having been a client at this location for over 30 years, that they can't have my medicine available when it is called in by my physician. To make matters worse, I wind up paying $120 co-pay for the entire script (3 boxes) and if I only receive 1 box my cost is $60. This is inconvenient and not cost effective for me given I shouldn't even have to pay $120 as I have a card from the manufacturer for free co-pays which CVS says they can not honor. Albeit, I have noticed a significant decrease in both customer service and medication availability and there should be no reason for this. I get the sense that profits are becoming more important than their customers.
CVS pharmacy and pharmacy technicians are amazing wonderful and hard working people and they keep us healthy with our medications and immunizations and they do all this for us , total strangers !!!! Thank you CVS pharmacy and pharmacy technicians in Mechanicville Ny !!!!!!
