Absolutely Flowers

I’m leaving one star because they actually delivered flowers (albeit after day later than my order had noted/confirmed). I had ordered via the HospitalGiftShop website for a family member in the hospital. I ordered the boutique in the first photo from their website. The selected bouquet contained no carnations and limited “filler” and was bright and cheery. Instead, this florist received our order, and provided my family member with about eight carnations and some baby’s breath (also shown in my photos, cropped to remove identifying info). This is something I could’ve bought at the gas station for about $5. When I emailed the company to express my disappointment in their replacement for my bouquet, there was no human reach out, just a $25 credit to my card for the $65 bouquet they did not provide. I didn’t even want a refund, just for them to deliver something nice like I had ordered.

Don’t think twice, book your wedding flowers here. Flowers should never be 14,000$ and Absolutely Flowers understands! They are reasonable and beautiful

Very disappointed with the flowers I received. I called a couple weeks in advance to see if I can get specific flowers for a bouquet for my daughter’s first birthday. I wanted Iris (which they said were out of season) asters or morning glories. I originally spoke with a man who said he’d call me back after checking if they can get those flowers. I never received a call back. I called a week later to see if it was possible to get the flowers I was looking for and spoke with a woman. From the moment she answered she was flustered. She kept saying how swamped they were from wedding season. I just wanted a small bouquet. I’m not asking for a large arrangement. I continued with the order since she said she could get the flowers. I had my boyfriend pick up the flowers for me on Saturday. Well what I ended up with was neither of the flowers I requested. By Wednesday they were in the trash because they started getting a weird mold on them and most of them had died. Not even a week for a bouquet that was $47.

Amazing. I ordered flowers at 10:30pm to be sent to a loved one in the hospital. They open at 9am. A beautiful, perky little bouqet was in her room by 9:27am today. Less than ONE business hour. That's customer service!
