CVS Pharmacy

This CVS pharmacy is conveniently located within walking distance from my house and I've been a customer for over 20 yrs. Due to multiple prescriptions (30+) , the CVS pharmacy website helps me keep track of supply and schedule refils (automatically when possible) which prevents any missed doses. They inform me of any changes in pricing and insurance coverage, and are proactive in contacting providers when new prescriptions are needed. The pharmacy staff are very attentive, personable, and helpful. I even get all of my vaccinations there (list of vaccines received is easily avail online to forward to my providers). Highly recommend this pharmacy.

The Store Clerk Mariana is simply so wonderful, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She helped me two different times when I was in need of assistance with painful gas and another time when I had a rash. She pointed me right out to things that might help me in which they did and I'm very grateful. Please command her for her outstanding job performance. Francisco at the front register is so pleasant and professional also. They are a true assets to your CVS Organization.

I've normally had good experiences with this pharmacy but I recently started a new rx and it's been awful both times I've filled it. The first time I was notified (after a week) that the provider hadn't given the full administration instructions and CVS couldn't reach her. I look online, the full instructions are right there, but whatever. Provider transmits the exact same order, suddenly it's correct. A month later she puts in a refill, same issue, I call and the pharmacy says "Oh whoever got the order just didn't want to fix it, I'll fix it real quick and we'll have it done by EOD" which I appreciated. I ask to verify if they have it in stock, oh no, they don't, they'll order it for tomorrow. I call the next day, "We're working on it we'll have it in an hour or so", great, I show up 5 hours later, wait in line, "Oh no we don't have it in stock, we'll have to order it". ????? Finally after not having my meds for almost a week they get it in. At what point do I just clock in and fill it myself? I get that the pharmacy is busy and I really feel for the staff but like cmon. Strongly considering switching pharmacies bc I can't do this every month, I'm too busy for a 3rd job.

The staff at this pharmacy in my opinion are not trust worthy. Medicine missing and I witnessed cashier fumbling while putting meds in bigger bag. Staff now trying to make me feel like it was given to me and I misplaced it. Needless to say, it was not the med they were suppose to fill. I have reached out to their higher management and will be seeking legal assistance. So done with CVS. They also change staff way too often.

I think the person I spoke with on the phone was named Renee she worked in the pharmacy and I just wanted to come here to say she was a goddess and somebody needs to let her know and she saved my horrible experience and turned things around! 10/10 give Renee a raise!!! I really appreciate the fact that I was listened to and heard and solutions were found for my problem!!!!
