I went to the customer service/check out line to pick up an order I placed online, when the lady finished checking out the person in front of me, I went up to the register and she completely ignored me and then when she finally acknowledged me she made a comment about how I was supposed to wait for her to push a button that says “cashier #2 please “ or something along those lines. No one else in the line was spoken to and they had just went up after the person in front of them was done. Not particularly a fan of that.
I had a great experience at Kohl’s thanks to Bryan in customer service. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional while assisting me, and he went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved quickly. I was on my way and stopped at this Kohls store to pickup few clothing items and the store is pleasing to visit with great prices. As other kohls this store also have Amazon returns area and Sephora inside the store which i very convenient. large parking area with many other stores and fast food restaurant.
Placed an online order to be picked up in store. I used the self pick up via the app and it went flawlessly. No waiting in line! Loved it.
Can find great deals on sale or clearance. Store is run down and messy all the time and no one works on a register like other stores they have moved to almost all self checkouts only. Making line for customer service very long between people returning things and checking out. Escalators are always down.
