Michael's has a 60% off after Christmas sale on Beautiful Christmas Ornaments. I purchased several @ the Michael's in Newburgh on Tuesday 12/30/25. On Wednesday 12/30/25, I purchased several @ the Michael's in Middletown. I added the new Christmas Ornaments on my tree when I got home. Didn't want to wait until next Christmas to put them on my tree. After all tomorrow is not promise to anyone. For those of you that celebrate Christmas. I hope your Christmas was Merry. Wishing a happy, healthy & blessed New Year to anyone reading my post.

Went to check out some fake flowers to place at some Gravesites... To get us though the winter until Spring when we can plant fresh flowers... B4 we went here we checked out other places... But Michael's had the Best... Alittle Expensive but worth it for what we needed... Staff Helpful Plenty of parking

Almost everything you need to be creative is at this store! I buy all of my micro pens here, they're inexpensive and always in stock. The store itself is pretty clean, maybe just the areas around the front registers where you get in line are a little messy but that's it. The employees are knowledgeable, in their own areas, and if they don't know, they'll get someone else that does. The only issue I've ever really had is just finding an employee when you need something or want to ask a question. They seem to always be walking around doing their own things, or perhaps in the back. Over all, process are great, quality of items is great, service is knowledgeable.

I visited your Middletown location today intending to make several purchases. Before heading to checkout, I wanted to confirm the prices of a few items and looked for a self-service price checker in the store. When I was unable to find one, I asked the cashier for assistance. She informed me that there was no self price checker available in the store. I then walked through the store twice trying to locate another employee who could help me, but I was unsuccessful. When I returned to the cashier and asked if anyone else was working, I was told there was one additional employee somewhere in the store. After attempting to find that person without success, I ultimately proceeded to the self checkout. Unfortunately, the prices of the items rang up differently than what was displayed on the shelf signage. I waited for assistance, but the cashier was busy helping other customers. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, I felt I had no choice but to leave my items and exit the store without making a purchase. I am very disappointed by this experience. Having only two employees working in such a large store makes it extremely difficult for customers to receive assistance when needed. Additionally, the lack of a self-service price checker creates unnecessary frustration and delays. This was the worst experience I have had at this store!

Went to Michael’s for the Saturday Holiday crafts. It was quiet and we were the only ones there. The manager Michael set up a table for us. The customer service rep, Raymond was Parker and spent time with me and my son. We did not feel rushed at all. I just want to say 5 stars for the hospitality!
