Bonnie did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! Before meeting with her, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted. Based on our descriptions and a few photos, she was able to build our perfect floral decor. My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning. Bonnie was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing florals for their wedding
Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was out of the country with very limited time to place an order, but I called the day before I needed next-day delivery—just about two hours before they closed—and they made it happen. I was able to order flowers, balloons, chocolates, and an extra-large teddy bear. I requested a photo of the final arrangement, and they sent one without hesitation. I also asked to be notified when the delivery was on its way, and they kept me updated. I even got to log into my home camera system and watch my wife’s reaction when she received the surprise—it truly meant the world to me since I couldn’t be there in person. The representative was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything I wanted was included and delivered on time. This was hands down the best customer service I've encountered, and from now on, I’ll be using this shop for all occasions. Thank you so much!
We used secret garden florist for our wedding. Bonnie was fantastic. So nice. Super easy to work with. She really took the time to understand my vision. Our wedding day was perfect and better then I ever could have imagined. Highly recommend!

All of my experiences at this shop have always been positive, but my most recent one really stood out. I personally was having a tough week and went in to buy myself a small arrangement to bring some light into my day. I had complimented a Christmas decoration and the owner, so graciously, gave me the pillow to take home. I firmly believe angels walk among us, and this was an example of that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! PS I also loved my flowers!
